Terms and Conditions for The Strategic Visibility Blueprint (Beta Programme)

Effective Date: 08.06.25

This Agreement ("the Agreement") is entered into by and between Rachel Emmett of Emmett PR & Communications Ltd ("the Consultant") and you, the client ("You", "Your", or "the Client").By enrolling in The Strategic Visibility Blueprint, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Programme Overview

1.1 The Strategic Visibility Blueprint is an 8-week online group training and support programme ("the Programme").

1.2 The Programme includes:

Eight weekly training sessions (delivered online) on Mondays at 12pm UK time

Eight weekly co-working sessions on Thursdays at 1:30pm UK time

A private Facebook community for peer and facilitator support during the Programme

Workbooks, templates and recordings with lifetime access

1.3 The Programme is designed to provide strategic guidance, tools and frameworks in communications strategy, messaging, content planning and PR visibility.

1.4 The total cost of the Programme is £497 (Beta rate) or two payments of £265 (Beta rate).

The full price from September 2025 will be at least £997.

2. Delivery and Access

2.1 Live sessions will be delivered online. All sessions will be recorded and made available in the course portal.

2.2 You will receive access to course materials and recordings for the lifetime of the course.

2.3 Session times and access links will be communicated by email and/or via the private Facebook group.

2.4 The Consultant reserves the right to adjust dates, times, and content as necessary, while maintaining the overall value and integrity of the Programme.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 You agree to actively participate, attend live sessions where possible and complete course exercises to the best of your ability.

3.2 You understand that results are dependent on your implementation and effort. The Consultant offers strategic frameworks, not guaranteed outcomes.

3.3 You agree to conduct yourself respectfully in all live sessions and online group spaces. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.

3.4 You will not share login details or distribute any Programme content without written permission. All course materials are for your personal or organisational use only.

3.5 You acknowledge that your participation does not create a business partnership, employment relationship or agency with the Consultant.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment can be made in full (£497) or in two monthly instalments of £265. Second payment should be made within 30 days of the first payment.

4.2 If an instalment payment fails, access to the Programme may be suspended until payment is completed. Repeated payment failures may result in removal from the Programme.

4.3 All payments are non-refundable except in cases where consumer protection law provides otherwise.

5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

5.1 All Programme content, including slides, workbooks, recordings, and templates is the intellectual property of Emmett PR & Communications Ltd and may not be shared, reproduced, or sold.

5.2 You agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not disclose any personal or business information shared during the Programme.

6. Termination and Removal

6.1 The Consultant reserves the right to remove any participant from the Programme for disruptive, harmful, or unethical behaviour.

6.2 If you breach any terms of this Agreement, the Consultant may terminate your access without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Consultant is not responsible for any business decisions, outcomes, or losses resulting from your participation in the Programme.

7.2 The Programme is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.

7.3 The Consultant’s total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Programme.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Your data will be stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

9. Governing Law

9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
